This trendy restaurant lies in the heart of the city and features all the excitement of a bustling open kitchen. Designed by internationally acclaimed Japanese design firm Super Potato, it showcases nine different dining experiences in a contemporary setting. With the vibrant tastes, sights and sounds of everything from a western grill, sushi bar and Thai kitchen to a deli, patisserie and martini bar, diners can look forward to having their taste buds thoroughly seduced and satisfied.
Since graduating from the Godalen College of Culinary Arts, Stig Drageide has worked his magic at Park Hyatt Zurich, Grand Hyatt Tokyo and several renowned restaurants in his homeland, Norway, including the two-Michelin-star Bagatelle.
While the restaurant already has a huge following for its succulent grilled meats and seafood selections, Stig's contribution is the organic menu that features chemical-free meats, vegetables and fruits. Highlights include Poached Cod with Green Asparagus, Pan-Fried Gnocchi and Butter Sauce; and Potato and Leek Soup with Lemongrass, Scallop and Lobster Roe.
