The limited edition Cruise 2008 Collection by Samsonite is neatly patterned with symmetrical wheels. This is a nod to Fall ’08 retro glamour trend, a look that blends old-world sensibility with a modern flair.

The collection is devoted to the practical, stylish female traveler: it consists of a line of suitcases as well as the Hobo bag, Duffle and Spinner 55cm.

Encased in stain-proof leather with feminine wiles contained in the sweet pastels within the circle, and gold zippers which suggest touches of vintage glam.

There are matching cosmetic pouches within, and the Hobo bags are designed with TSA padlocks for security.

Samsonite aficionados might find that the collection vaguely resembles the 2007 Fashionaire collection, which took its cue from vintage-inspired pieces. 

While the 2007 collection is flower-powered inspired, the new range is synonymous with power skirts and glossy tops. The collection is now available at Samsonite outlets.
