Material technology is getting better and better, and a lot
of previously conceptual designs or gadgets once only found in sci-fi flicks is
becoming reality. Decreasing the need for paper clutter, Interactive Scape is
an ultra sleek 58-inch touch surface interaction table.
The direct-touch
interactive table means you can open, shuffle and move images and data. Taking
the platform to an entirely new level, Berlin-based Interactive Scape is also a
communication tool with Bluetooth interface to connect with mobile devices or
the Internet, which means you can share files with anyone, anywhere.
It can
also interface with Flash, Java and directX with Core2Quad 6600 video capturing
unit and processing unit.
Requiring only 850W of power, one can even customize the
color. The wide availability of this product is looking to be more optimistic
than the Microsoft Table, which seems to have been doing more of a
show-and-tell circuit around the world rather than actually being sold
anywhere.
But before you reach out for your wallet, the German manufacturers
have not officially released a price yet.
