The Yohji bag, presented by
Parisian fashion atelier, Hermès, made its debut at famous Japanese designer
Yohji Yamamoto’s Autumn-Winter 2008 show in Paris recently.
This is the first
collaboration between Yohji and Hermès, and also marks the designer’s first
foray into designing accessories. The Yohji bag, made of Barenia calfskin
leather, features a design that is simple yet classy. Its sleek clean lines
make it suitable as a laptop bag or briefcase.
This limited made-to-order
bag will only be available at the Hermès flagship stores in Paris, Tokyo and
London, and comes in three different sizes of 35, 38 and 41 cm. Prices range
from €4,100 to €7,100 (or US$6,330 to US$10,960).
