Reliability and safety Thanks to rigorous training (simulators and annual tests), business aviation has compiled a safety record that is comparable to, or better than, that of some major airlines. Aircrafts are built to the highest standards and companies who own them follow a strict maintenance plan.
Time Savings and No Airport-Related Hassle First, you can use nearby airports to take-off and land since many more airports are open to private aircraft than to regular airlines. As an example, private companies can use 2000 airports in Europe and 5400 in the US while commercial companies are respectively limited to 200 and 565. In the same way, Deerjet serves more than 140 airports in China alone with its four medium-range Hawker 800XPs and many more internationally thanks to its Gulfstream IV, its super long-range business jet.
Second, after easy and quick access by car, you are fully assisted for your reduced check-in procedures and only 20 minutes are needed to embark and take-off.
Finally, in using these secondary airports, the private companies are much less constrained by time slots for taking-off than commercial companies are. If, on rare occasions, your plane is delayed by weather and other factors independent from the company, the aircraft and crew remain in the starting blocks to provide the most expedited recovery. Indeed, research shows that, using a private jet, you will save four hours travel time and eight hours productive time per trip.

Profitability With a wide range of aircraft types (from small turboprop planes to triple-engined transatlantic jets), it is now possible to choose a machine that perfectly matches a company's needs in terms of budget, number of seats, distances to fly, etc. From the Very Light Jet Hondajet (starting price of US$3.65 million, range of 2,592 km, up to 6 passengers) to the turboprop Pilatus PC-12 (around US$3m, range of 2.720 km with 6 passengers at 500 km/h) to the latest Falcon 7X (US$41m, range of 10,557 km at Mach 0.87), the choice is vast!
As a result, if you or your company make the right choice appropriate to your needs, the cost per passenger can be lower than the one charged by a regular airline most of the time. Thus, and against all expectations, only 14% of executives flying in the US are from the companies' "top management". Therefore, apart from being a premium product, executive flying also becomes a work tool which can strongly reduce the user companies' costs (employees' time and efficiency, accommodation, taxis, etc).

Private Aviation is a flourishing industry thanks to its manufacturers and its operators.
On one hand, the premier ones do their best to design and create even more economical, convenient and luxurious aircraft. On the other hand, operators really commit themselves to providing you with the best service and to making your trips as personalized, relaxing, and efficient as they can.
With the emergence of new powerful economies such as Russia, India, and China, where distances are huge but infrastructure sometimes non-existent, we have no doubt that the booming nouveau riche will soon write a new page of the legend.
Don't be late, be a part of it!
